Outreach is seeking 2 passionate Full-Time Social Workers/Primary Counselors to transform lives in our Men’s Residential Program or in our Adolescent Services in Brentwood, NY . In this role, you will:

• Deliver impactful clinical services through individual, group, and specialty sessions with professionalism and care.
• Manage a dynamic caseload from admission to discharge, ensuring tailored care and effective interventions.
• Collaborate with our Program Director to address program needs and drive strategic goals.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes.
• Step up to provide backup coverage when needed, showcasing your initiative and dedication.

We require:

• MENS RESIDENTIAL: Advanced degree (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC, MSW LP, or higher preferred) or a clinical master’s with relevant experience.
• ADOLESCENT SERVICES: CASAC, CASAC-T, CRC, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW or higher preferred.
• WOMENS RESIDENTIAL: CASAC, CASAC-T, CRC, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with substance use disorders and knowledge of forensic populations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience with co-occurring mental health issues; OASAS-funded facility experience is a plus.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, outcome-driven services and thrive in diverse, collaborative environments.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish or familiar with AVATAR electronic health records.

F/T Salary $53,000-$60,000/year

P/T Salary: $40,000-65,000/year
