Job Title - Salesforce Product Owner

Job Description:

Summary:

Working with B2B salesforce, new workflow within salesforce
Salesforce workflow within the sales and cloud, capture inventory
Traditional product owner
Exp with Agile, Backlogs, Stories
Be able to partner with tech teams, operational roles within Salesforce.
Lead the end-to-end launch of a 3rd party remarketing process within Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and shape strategic roadmaps.
Support the Dealer Relationship Management strategy, optimizing Salesforce workflows.
Drive user stories, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
Ensure seamless customer experiences and integrate feedback/data into enhancements.
Coordinate releases, perform UAT, and track performance metrics.
Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and industry trends

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
2+ years of experience in coaching and/or managing team members.
2 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, preferably in auto finance or financial services.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and agile methodologies.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Jira or similar tools, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in B2B Salesforce workflows.
Background in digital product development in financial services or remarketing.
