You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities: • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program • Recruit Top Talent: Unleash your inner hunter and actively recruit elite agents to our dynamic real estate teams. Qualifications: • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales • Superb time management and organizational skills • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Bachelor’s degree required Proven Experience: • Bring a solid background in recruitment or sales.
