We are currently seeking a Power Automate Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in or near Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

POWER AUTOMATE DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

Location: Remote, but candidate must currently reside and be eligible to work in Canada

Overview: NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Power Automate Desktop Support Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in business or a related degree. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Supporting Power Automate projects
• Experience in developing Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows
• Experience in SQL data queries with/without PAD flows
• Knowledge in any other programming languages (Java / .Net / Python / Angular JS/ Node.JS)
• Knowledge in other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere)
• Experience in utilizing ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now / Remedy / Jira / others
• Understanding/experience in Automation Anywhere bot development

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Power Automate Desktop projects
• Create SQL data queries
• Support the Hyper care period after the go-live

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of support experience on Microsoft Power Desktop Support
• 2+ years of SQL data query experience
• Must reside in Canada

Preferences:

• Certifications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop / Power Apps …)
• Experience working with development teams
