As a Product Owner within PNC's Workforce Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas or Birmingham. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. As a Product Owner for the Workforce Technology - Rapid Application Development (RAD) group, you will serve as the voice of the customer across all lines of business supported by RAD. This Product Owner will prioritize competing work requests from those lines of business, and help set the vision for the future of RAD applications at PNC, using both existing and new technologies. Responsibilities: - We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Owner to lead the evolution and lifecycle of a diverse portfolio of custom SharePoint-based applications spanning multiple business lines. - This individual will serve as the voice of the business, translating needs into clear requirements and priorities for a centralized RAD (Rapid Application Development) Group. - The RAD Product Owner will also help set the vision for the future of RAD applications, using both existing and new technologies. - The RAD crews and Product Owner will report to a single manager. All will work together ensure applications are consistently built across the crews according to best practices and are easy to maintain. - The ideal RAD Product Owner candidate will balance user experience, governance, scalability, and technical feasibility in delivering impactful collaboration and workflow solutions. Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities. + Conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives. + Participates in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog. Prioritizes the product backlog and leads grooming efforts. + Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s). + Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. **Education** Bachelors **Certifications** No Required Certification(s) **Licenses** No Required License(s) **Pay Transparency** Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $105,800.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
