THE POSITION: We are looking for a Procurement Associate. The pay range we offer is $45,000 to $60,000 per year. We offer a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and your experience.
We proudly offer comprehensive and competitive benefits programs to our employees and their families.
Medical - company pays 80-90% of employee costs, contributing to over half of the dependent premium.
Dental and Vision - company pays 60% of employee costs and 50% of dependent premiums.
FSA - Flexible Spending Account.
HSA - Health Savings Account.
Employer-paid basic life, short-term disability, and long-term disability for eligible employees.
401k Plan - day one eligibility; company match; fully vested - no waiting period.
Technicians are paid their base hourly rate as mileage compensation (50 miles = 1 hour).


REQUIREMENTS:
Work authorization (required).
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
At least two years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Independent work style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven fluency in English.
Ability to track daily duties and time.


RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Procurement Associate, you will manage the procurement process for goods and services. This responsibility includes researching and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Procurement Associate will also monitor supplier performance and ensure that all orders are delivered on time and within budget.
Research potential suppliers to ensure they meet company standards
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing
Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities
Develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
Liaise with internal departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled promptly
Resolve any issues related to procurement activities promptly
Prepare reports on procurement activities as required by management.
