Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and community engagements. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to high-impact projects that enhance client visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating all logistical aspects of event planning and execution

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure event needs are met

  • Support on-site event setup, registration, and guest services

  • Help manage event timelines and ensure smooth day-of operations

  • Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional materials

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and event design concepts

  • Prepare and organize post-event reports and feedback

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic event environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when events require
