Job Description
Property Soar is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This position plays a key role in supporting the coordination and execution of promotional events, community engagements, and internal company gatherings. The ideal candidate will be organized, enthusiastic, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing property-related events and community outreach programs
Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, materials, and guest registration
Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure event success
Monitor event timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
Support post-event evaluations and reporting
Represent the company professionally at all times during events
Qualifications
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
