Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team at KYNY Group. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a positive and successful experience with our products and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve success.

Responsibilities:

- Build strong and trusting relationships with our clients by being their primary point of contact

- Understand our clients' needs and goals and provide them with personalized support and guidance

- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our products and services

- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks that may hinder our clients' success

- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to our clients

- Work closely with our product development team to provide valuable feedback and insights from the clients' perspective

- Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve retention and drive customer satisfaction

- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Continuously educate and inform clients about updates and new features of our products and services

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system

- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service

- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems

- Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce

- Knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising industry is a plus
