Career Strategies Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant for a reputable apartment community in Radcliff, KY. This is a great opportunity to grow with a respected property management company.
Position Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents. This role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone
Conduct tours of the community and highlight available units
Process applications and lease agreements
Maintain resident and vendor relations
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
Assist with marketing and outreach efforts
Qualifications:
Apartment leasing experience highly preferred
Affordable housing experience is a plus
Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
Organized and able to multitask efficiently
Proficient in property management software (Yardi, Entrata) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
