Apartment Leasing Consultant – Tallahassee, FL
Pay: Up to $18/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9AM–6PM
We’re looking for a professional, motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant for a community in Tallahassee, FL .
Ideal candidates will have:
Previous leasing experience (preferred)
Strong customer service and admin skills
Familiarity with Affordable Housing / Tax Credit programs (Section 8 / Voucher experience preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Duties include:
Touring and leasing apartments
Responding to resident inquiries
Processing applications and certifications
Maintaining accurate records and files
