Description We at Robert Half are expanding our pool of skilled Web Developers who can design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications. You'll collaborate with marketing and design teams to bring creative visions to life while ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience. Location: Nashville, TN (open to hybrid or onsite) W2 Pay: $35-$60/hr We are looking for someone who is open to PT or FT, Contract, Contract to Hire, or Permanent Placements. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern frameworks. + Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create user-friendly interfaces. + Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO. + Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing web applications. + Stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices. + Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility. + Implement and manage integrations with third-party services and APIs. Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience as a Web Developer. + Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). + Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, or Python) and databases (MySQL, MongoDB). + Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal. + Strong understanding of web development best practices, including SEO, accessibility, and responsive design. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Experience with version control systems (Git).
