Job Description

Premieraerospace, a leading aerospace company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing emails, and scheduling appointments

- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.

- Assist with data entry and maintenance of company databases.

- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.

- Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.

- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
