Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to support the company’s employee culture and communications programs. This position requires a motivated individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in-house working for a brand, at an agency, or a production studio. The ideal candidate is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and storytelling goals. From pre-production planning to post- production delivery, the Videographer II will play a key role in creating engaging content for internal communications campaigns, events, digital platforms, and initiatives. The role will also be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished, engaging video content that aligns with our brand voice and goals. From marketing assets and social media clips to long-form storytelling and internal content, this role is central to shaping how our employees experience our work on screen. Experience in still photography is highly beneficial.

You will report in person at our Las Vegas corporate offices, as well as on property at our resort/casino. Some weekend and evening work is required.

Qualifications

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms, including back-of-house screens, employee social media, websites, employee events, and additional internal communications.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members to bring concepts to life.
  • Operate and maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment during on-site and studio shoots.
  • Ensure high-quality visual and audio standards in all content delivered.
  • Participate in pre-production tasks such as storyboarding, shot listing, location scouting, and scheduling.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality.
  • Apply sound design, color correction, graphics, titles and visual effects as needed.
  • Ensure all videos are optimized for each platform’s technical specifications and audience preferences.
  • Implement feedback efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Organize and manage media assets, project files, and revisions across multiple edits and deadlines.
  • Archive and organize raw footage and video assets.
  • Stay current on video trends, styles and emerging technology such as A.I.

Preferred Experience and Skillsets:

  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with professional video cameras, DSLR/mirrorless systems, and audio/video equipment.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and audio techniques.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong storytelling skills and an eye for visual detail.
  • Strong sense of narrative structure, visual pacing, and rhythm.
  • Solid understanding of audio editing, music licensing, and basic motion graphics.
  • Experience with color correction, grading, and post-production workflows.
  • Familiarity with photography and editing still images. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment, agency, or in-house production team.
  • Ability to work across different content types such as branded videos, campaign videos, social media content, sizzle reels, and interviews/docu-style content.
