As part of their creative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how these organizations tell their story through high-impact video content that reaches professionals across industries.
Role Summary As a Video Editor, you’ll be at the heart of the company's content strategy, crafting dynamic video stories that inform, engage, and convert. From short-form social content to polished podcast edits, you’ll bring technical topics to life with clean visuals, bold subtitles, and narrative clarity. This is a unique opportunity to blend creativity with climate storytelling in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Edit a variety of video formats, including podcast clips, reels, full YouTube episodes, and industry highlight reels.
- Create native-style short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
- Apply clear subtitles, clean transitions, and motion graphics with precision and brand consistency.
- Shape technical topics into clear, engaging narratives
- Use editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut (desktop).
- Incorporate AI tools and workflows (e.g., Riverside, Runway Gen-4, Google Veo 2) to improve quality and speed.
Requirements - Proven experience of 4 – 5 years in video editing, preferably in social media or digital storytelling.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Comfortable editing English-speaking content with technical themes
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute proactively to creative direction.
- Based in Kosovo with the ability to collaborate in person in the future.
- Familiarity with social media trends and shortform content best practices.
Nice To Have - Ability to write headlines, captions, or help shape messaging.
Additional Information - Full-time remote role, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Prishtina time
