  • Operate courtroom presentation technology during proceedings, including exhibits, videos, and other visual materials.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth trial execution.

  • Deliver work accurately and on time, meeting established quality standards.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience managing technical setups for trials, including war rooms and courtroom equipment.
  • Familiarity with case management and document review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Opus 2).
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment or materials up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as CEDS or trial presentation certifications.
  • Active involvement with professional organizations in litigation support or eDiscovery (e.g., ILTA, ACEDS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and implement new technologies and processes.

Why This Role?

This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-profile litigation cases while working with innovative trial technology. You’ll play a key role in supporting legal teams, ensuring seamless case presentation, and helping deliver successful outcomes.
