Job Description
A global leader in the medical technology and life sciences industry is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and enhance core software services that power connected medical devices and digital health platforms. This role will focus on building and modernizing cloud-based applications, developing APIs, and enabling secure communication between devices and the cloud. The engineer will work in a cross-functional team environment, contributing to software development, design, and deployment within a regulated industry. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), a strong grasp of software engineering best practices, and a collaborative mindset for working in global Agile teams.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core (C#) and RESTful API development.
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and cloud application deployment.
Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms (e.g., S3, DynamoDB, CosmosDB).
Familiarity with Angular or TypeScript for front-end development.
Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
Knowledge of multi-threaded software design and development. - Experience supporting identity platforms, authentication services, or device connectivity.
Prior work in medical device, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
AWS or Azure certification or Master's degree in a related field.
Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OpenID, SSO).
