Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide service delivery support our Cyber Threat Management team. In this role, you will help ensure that the team stays focused on their priorities, tracks progress and executes key deliverables. This position is vital for maintaining coordination across the team, ensuring that all tasks are organized and on schedule, and that the team is aligned to meet the goals for delivering critical services. Key Responsibilities:  Support Team Priorities: Assist the team by keeping track of tasks, timelines, and milestones to ensure that priorities are clear, and deadlines are met.  Team Coordination: Act as a point of contact between team members to ensure smooth communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders.  Progress Tracking: Help track the status of ongoing initiatives, ensuring key tasks are progressing as planned and highlighting any potential delays.  Task Organization: Maintain and update task lists, project timelines, and schedules to ensure the team is organized and on track to meet service delivery goals.  Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with other domains, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are kept informed of progress, issues, or changes.  Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and escalate any issues or obstacles affecting the teams ability to execute on their priorities, working to find solutions or necessary support.  Documentation: Keep detailed records of meetings, task progress, and relevant service delivery materials to ensure everyone has access to the necessary information.  Process Improvement: Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvement to help streamline workflows and increase overall team effectiveness. Skills and Requirements Qualifications:  6+ years Previous experience in project/program management, preferably within a service delivery or operational environment.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively coordinate across teams.  Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.  Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
