• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience using Power BI as your primary visualization tool.
• Proven experience in optimizing dashboard refresh times using techniques such as SQL optimization for improved user experience.
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify KPIs, and develop actionable/visual dashboards.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools, specifically Power BI, Qlik, and/or Tableau.
• Solid project and time management skills.
• Experience as an administrator for SaaS tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, and the ability to create mockups and UI designs prior to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• People: Maintain clear communication and resolve project-related issues effectively. Identify project needs and manage stakeholder expectations. Facilitate communication across client groups and ensure alignment on project goals. Actively participate in meetings to provide insights and drive decision-making.
• Service: Collaborate with leadership to guide projects towards successful outcomes, conducting assessments and solving problems. Work with teams across various departments to establish priorities and align organizational goals.
• Technical Delivery: Demonstrate expertise in Power BI to create analytical visualizations. Mentor team members on best practices for analytics. Establish UI and design standards across visualization projects. Administer Power BI by performing upgrades and monitoring report usage.
• Healthcare Experience: Engage with senior leadership and support team negotiations regarding project backlogs. Familiarity with the healthcare landscape and operations involving clinicians is preferred.
