Job Title: Senior Pega Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC


We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications, with hands-on experience in BPM solutions. The candidate should be local to Charlotte and available for face-to-face interviews .

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Pega applications in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement gathering, application design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Pega solutions.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Pega PRPC development.
• Strong expertise in Pega frameworks , workflows, and case management.
• Hands-on experience in integrations (SOAP/REST, APIs, external systems).
• Knowledge of Pega design patterns, rulesets, data pages, and decision strategies.
• Pega CSA and/or CSSA certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
