Job Title : Scrum Master

Location : Woodland Hills, CA 91367 3 days onsite
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our Security and Infrastructure teams in delivering high-quality projects efficiently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams, and the ability to facilitate communication, remove impediments, and ensure smooth sprint execution across diverse technical groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple teams.
- Task Tracking & Delivery Support: Assist in day-to-day tracking of deliverables, ensuring all project tasks are visible, prioritized, and on schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Multi-Team Management: Proven success in managing and facilitating multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Security, Infrastructure, or DevOps environments preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
