Position: Screen Printing Assistant

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Screen Printing Assistant to join our growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to dive into the world of screen printing, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and is eager to learn and grow.

You’ll assist with production tasks like cleaning screens, taping, lifting boxes, packing orders, and helping maintain an organized workspace. If you can follow directions, stay organized, and are comfortable using a computer or tablet — and if you bring a positive attitude with a willingness to learn — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support : Assist with setting up and breaking down screen printing jobs and preparing materials.
• Screen Reclaiming : Clean, reclaim, and prep screens for new production runs, including pulling tape and removing ink residues.
• Packing and Fulfillment : Pack printed garments accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality and organization.
• Garment Handling : Load and unload garments from presses, dryers, and folding stations.
• Inventory Support : Help track and organize inks, screens, garments, and supplies.
• Warehouse Support : Assist in lifting boxes, moving pallets, and organizing production areas.
• Quality Control : Inspect garments during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Tech-Friendly Tasks : Use tablets or computers for inventory tracking, job details, and production updates.
• Team Collaboration : Take directions well, ask questions when unsure, and work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience : No previous screen printing experience required — we’re willing to train the right person who’s eager to learn!
• Physical Ability : Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and getting hands-on with production work.
• Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and ability to keep workspace neat and materials organized.
• Tech Skills : Basic familiarity with using a computer, tablet, or inventory system.
• Soft Skills :
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Able to follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
