Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Home Care
Location: Based in Brooklyn | Travel to Bronx & Manhattan
Hours: 40 hours/week | 8 hours/day | 5 days/week
Pay:
Local: $2,587.50/week
Travel: $3,249/week
We’re hiring an experienced RN to provide in-home care to adult patients across Manhattan and the Bronx. You must be confident working independently and managing a variety of patient needs.
Key Duties:Visit 5–8 patients per day in their homes
Deliver high-quality nursing care
Document care accurately and timely
Work with other healthcare professionals
Travel between Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan
2+ years of acute care experience (Med-Surg, Critical Care, MCH, or Peds)
Recent adult home health experience
Active NY RN license
AHA BLS certification
