Deliver one-on-one therapy using behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
Support children with autism and developmental challenges in making meaningful progress
Collect accurate, real-time data to track each child's growth
Work hand-in-hand with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team
Attend trainings and team huddles that keep you inspired and connected
Build strong, positive relationships with families and fellow team members
Keep documentation timely and tidy—you've got this!
Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in a related field is a plus!)
Experience with children with autism or disabilities is a bonus
Strong communicator, great team player, and detail-oriented
Reliable, patient, and full of heart
