Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Scarborough, Maine Area

Up to $125K DOE + Excellent Benefits

Are you ready to take the lead on projects that make a real impact in the Scarborough community? Eastridge is hiring a Project Manager on behalf of our client - an established construction management company known for integrity, collaboration, and delivering quality results.

This is your chance to be more than a manager—you’ll be the driving force behind projects from planning through closeout, leading teams, building client relationships, and ensuring every detail comes together.

What You’ll Do

• Take charge of project logistics, budgets, and schedules from start to finish
• Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and owners to keep projects moving smoothly
• Handle cost reporting, forecasting, and financials with confidence
• Review plans and create clear scopes of work for vendors and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings, RFIs, submittals, and document control
• Oversee quality and safety standards with regular site visits and reviews
• Mentor and coach team members while building strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Strong background in cost management, financial reporting, and billing
• Tech-savvy with MS Project, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Sage 100 (preferred)
• A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can keep multiple projects on track
