Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and clarity in execution? This position plays a central role in delivering company-wide programs that align with strategic priorities, enabling smooth coordination across technical and business teams. You’ll ensure key initiatives run efficiently—from system migrations to scaling multi-product operations—while keeping all stakeholders aligned, informed, and accountable. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role with significant impact on internal operations and customer experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of cross-functional programs, with a focus on transparency and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, steering committees, and executive updates, driving decisions and surfacing risks early.
  • Maintain and evolve detailed project plans, ensuring resources are aligned and sequencing is optimized.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to track deliverables, milestones, and progress.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into structured, executable programs across multiple functions.
  • Monitor project status with meticulous documentation and escalate key decisions as needed.
  • Continuously adapt program plans in response to shifting priorities, keeping momentum strong toward business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or projects in a technical or operational context.
  • Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Jira or Monday.com is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of tracking multiple moving parts.
  • Strong communicator with a direct, clear, and collaborative style—especially when navigating ambiguity.
  • A flexible and curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, build alignment across departments, and manage up effectively.
