About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring our patients have a positive and seamless experience. This position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or college students majoring in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology, or those seeking a career in the allied health field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient care, including preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Provide support to patients during therapy sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including sanitizing equipment and treatment spaces.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and service.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar role is a plus, or if you are majoring in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology, or seeking a career in the allied health field
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to support your colleagues.
• Organized: Ability to multitask and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with light physical activity, such as moving equipment and assisting patients.
