Triton Transit, Inc is hiring to fill an open position for a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely from the owner's home in Bulverde TX.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide care for the owner's dogs remotely. The Personal Assistant must also be able to stay overnight at the owner’s home to tend to the dogs while they are away.
Additional responsibilities for the position also include providing administrative support to the President and Vice President of Operations, and includes managing emails, using Excel, working in payroll files, and in QuickBooks.
Compensation
· This is a salaried position with a compensation range of $45,000-$50,000

· During times when you are staying overnight at the owner’s home, additional compensation will be paid.
Ideal Candidates
· Proficient and experienced in Excel, Quick Books & Google Suite
· Have previous experience in a secretarial or assistant type role.
· Have a flexible schedule to work around the owner’s schedule
· Ability to multitask
· Must genuinely love dogs
· Candidates must have reliable transportation, be reliable, professional, and trustworthy.
· Be able to work weekends occasionally.
· Must be willing to submit to a thorough background check, MVR and drug test.
· Does not have animals to tend to at home
