Practice Highlights
* A unique chance to build and grow a long-term, community-driven practice with strong leadership opportunities.
* Extensive pediatric subspecialty support, including hospitalists, intensivists, endocrinology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, and more.
* Bread-and-butter pediatric surgery with opportunities to sub-specialize, if desired.
Facilities and Resources
* Brand-new Pediatrics Tower (opened October 2024), featuring:
* 10 operating rooms on campus
* Level III NICU
* Block time for surgery and 2 surgical robots
* 47 total beds: 30 inpatient, 5 PICU, 6 Stepdown, 2 Behavioral Health, and 4 semi-private rooms.
* A Pediatric Emergency Department averaging 130 patients daily.
* Surgical and NICU resources, including:

* Highly competitive base salary above regional averages with incentive bonus potential.
