Position: Parts Manager

Hours: 6:30AM – 5:00PM

Job Description

• Receive all parts deliveries checking for billing accuracy, part count, damage and missing parts.
• Sort and organize all parts by RO number.
• Mirror match all incoming parts to the car to make sure they are correct per vehicle on RO.
• Manage full and empty parts carts to and from the body shop and Parts Department.
• Dispose of damaged parts when jobs are complete.
• Manage returns including proper and accurate invoicing for credits.
• Return all cores in original packaging and keep proper invoicing for accounting purposes.
• Ensure the company receives appropriate discounts on parts per price matching.
• Crosstrain and work with the Repair Plan and Production Manager when/if needed.
