Job Description
An established, international financial services firm is hiring a Part Time Contract Recruiter to lead executive sales hiring during a key growth period. With a goal to recruit revenue-driving sales leaders, this is a mission-critical role that demands precision, speed, and deep industry knowledge.
You’ll report directly to senior HR leadership, collaborate with business executives, and focus on sourcing experienced professionals in wealth management, investment, and financial sales. This role offers a 3–6+ month contract, with strong potential to convert or expand based on performance.
Part Time Contract Recruiter Responsibilities: - Drive recruitment for high-level sales roles (VP/SVP), with compensation packages ranging from $200K–$1M+
- Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, associations, and niche job boards
- Maintain progress tracking and candidate data via Excel (no ATS currently in use)
- Partner with executives to define candidate profiles and hiring timelines
- Engage candidates with professionalism and strong industry knowledge
- Support additional hiring initiatives as needed across the business
Part Time Contract Recruiter Requirements: - Demonstrated success recruiting in financial services, investments, or insurance
- Experience hiring for high-level sales functions with significant compensation upside
- Ability to manage complex recruiting pipelines and executive expectations
- Skilled in passive sourcing, especially through LinkedIn and warm networking
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive mindset
- Contract experience preferred; comfort navigating evolving goals and deliverables
