Job Title: Packaging/Forklift Operator.

Responsibilities:

Entry-level position and job duties include and are subject to change without notice:

• Working safely in the packaging area.
• Must be PPE trained on specific required safety gear for the area.
• Packaging all liquid fertilizers in accordance with the daily production schedule.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.
• Report any incidents/ accidents to your lead and/or manager right away.
• Work closely with other team members.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting and standing while wearing proper PPE.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Enduring the heat and humidity.
• Keep yourself hydrated.
• Running all packaging line equipment.
• Implementing packaging line quality control.
• Operation of all machines on the packaging line.
• Must perform all other duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience using a forklift.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs repetitively).
• Must be able to start immediately.
