Location: Glen Oaks, NY (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Manager to drive sales and ensure compliance within the New York market. This role blends in-person sales, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance , making it an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person meetings with customers 3-4 days per week.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations in the New York market.
  • Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations .
  • Perform market audits and evaluations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and audit results.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and sales strategies .

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations ( B2B software industry preferred ).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within New York, particularly the Boroughs surrounding Manhattan .
