About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, bilingual Office Coordinator / Operations Assistant to help manage the daily flow of our clinic and support the Executive Director. This is a central role that keeps the team running smoothly — from scheduling to intake coordination to administrative systems. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-office operations.
  • Support the intake team and clinical staff.
  • Coordinate scheduling, reminders, and calendar updates.
  • Assist with onboarding and support for new hires.
  • Track billing, intakes, team progress, and reports.
  • Monitor supplies and manage internal communication.
  • Research vendors, tools, and office solutions.
  • Help supervise and train new admin staff.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. (spoken & written)
  • Excellent with Google Workspace. (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Proactive and resourceful — a self-starter who solves problems.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Reliable, courteous, and professional in a client-facing role.
