Senior Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - No Call - MF Days Only

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced or newly graduated CRNA to join our collaborative surgical team in Geneva, NY. This role offers Monday-Friday scheduling with no nights, weekends, or call obligations, allowing you to maintain an ideal work-life balance while advancing your career.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care in both OR and ambulatory surgery settings
• Develop and implement individualized anesthetic care plans
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and post-anesthetic evaluations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and licensure (or eligibility) in New York State
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates welcome - mentorship provided
