Non-Profit Fundraiser Duties:

• Represent nonprofit brands and campaigns with energy and enthusiasm at local community events
• Engage with the public to connect them with charitable causes in order to drive donations
• Educate potential supporters on the mission and impact of various nonprofits
• Transform public interest into active support and contributions
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve fundraising goals
• Track and report on sales performance and supporter engagement
• Collaborate with other Brand Sales Associates to share best practices and support overall campaign success
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Non-Profit Fundraiser Must-Haves:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine desire to champion good causes
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people

Non-Profit Fundraiser Nice-To-Haves:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising
• Knowledge of nonprofit organizations and charitable giving
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and campaigns
• Proficiency in CRM software or data tracking tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A creative and strategic approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
