This role involves overseeing Open House, Baptisms, Assimilation, and Guest Services, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all attendees. The Next Steps Director will develop and implement strategies to engage newcomers, facilitate their integration into the church family, and encourage their spiritual growth and involvement.
