Are you handy, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn a trade? We’re looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician! No prior property maintenance experience? No problem — we’ll train you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with preparing apartments for new residents
- Learn how to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Help with preventive maintenance and special projects
- Respond to resident maintenance requests
- Participate in an on-call rotation (once trained)
- Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the property
What You Bring:
- Mechanical skills or experience working with tools (auto repair, warehouse, construction, etc.)
- Willingness to learn property maintenance from the ground up
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all types of weather
