Are you handy, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn a trade? We’re looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician! No prior property maintenance experience? No problem — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with preparing apartments for new residents
• Learn how to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Help with preventive maintenance and special projects
• Respond to resident maintenance requests
• Participate in an on-call rotation (once trained)
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the property

What You Bring:

• Mechanical skills or experience working with tools (auto repair, warehouse, construction, etc.)
• Willingness to learn property maintenance from the ground up
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all types of weather
