Unified Residential Management is dedicated to providing an unparalleled living experience in our apartment communities. We're seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and uphold the highest property care standards and resident satisfaction.

The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of property maintenance for our luxury apartment community. You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, manage preventative maintenance programs, and ensure that our property consistently meets the expectations of our discerning residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs
  • Prioritize and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including resident requests and property upkeep
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
  • Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and maintain satisfaction
  • Oversee contractor relationships and supervise vendor work on the property
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
  • Participate in the budgeting process for maintenance expenses and capital improvements
  • Implement and maintain a detailed record-keeping system for all maintenance activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in building maintenance
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in property maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA certification for HVAC work
  • Experience in luxury residential properties preferred
  • Associate's degree in facilities management or related field a plus
