Job Description

Primary responsibilities include:

• Proactively identify and fix issues related to multiple different Magento platforms.
• Work with multiple functional teams to plan, implement, test and deploy new enhancements.
• Identify opportunities within Magento to leverage core functionality.
• Securely program integration from multiple systems into Magento
• Advise the business on Magento best practices.
• Must be able to work Magento 1 through 2.4.6
• Patch and upgrade all Magento platforms.

Qualifications:

Required

• Magento Developer certified (Magento 2 Certified Professional Front End Developer)
• Minimal of 7 years of direct PHP, HTML, CSS, and MVC experience
• Must have a strong understanding of different programming design concepts
• Must be able to manage the MySQL Magento database
• Capable of troubleshooting complex procedures
• When needed, must be able to work outside normal business hours (8am - 5pm) to provide support to customers and enhancements
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Candidates should be open to minimal travel and be authorized to work in the U.S. (Permanent residency or permanent work authorization).

Preferred:

• Additional Magento certificates (Magento 2 Certified Professional Developer or Magento 2 Certified Professional Developer Plus)
• Familiarity with parameterized stored procedures as well as dynamic SQL (Nice to have)
