Job Summary:
We are looking for a purpose-driven Family Finance Strategist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will educate clients on how to protect their families, eliminate debt, and create a financial legacy. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your own business and earn a flexible, performance-based income, all while being part of a supportive and collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid, commission-based position designed to offer flexibility and the ability to earn based on performance. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time, the more families you help, the more income and impact you can create.
Guide clients through financial strategies that include life insurance (term, whole, IUL), annuities, retirement planning, and college funding
Educate individuals and families about wealth-building, financial independence, and debt elimination
Customize financial plans to meet short-term and long-term goals
Follow up with clients regularly to monitor progress and adjust strategies
Participate in weekly coaching calls and business development meetings
Flexible schedule – You choose when and how much you want to work
income potential – Based on performance, part-time agents can earn $40K–$60K; Full-time agents can earn $80K–$100K+
