You will be on a dynamic Facilities team , under the expert guidance of a Facilities Manager overseeing six buildings and leading a group of eight dedicated professionals. Here’s what awaits you on a daily basis:

• Troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical systems, including essential building infrastructure from structural to electrical, plumbing to HVAC systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Performing inspections and evaluating equipment conditions, detecting the need for repairs or replacements, particularly focusing on refrigeration units such as Walk-in Freezers and Coolers.
• Collaborating seamlessly with a skilled team of repair experts and project/facility managers to optimize our work environment.

Bring your expertise with these critical qualifications:

• Completion of an Associate degree or equivalent in a pertinent trade (specifically HVAC).
• Holding a valid Refrigeration License.
• Spending 3+ years in the field honing your HVAC and building equipment troubleshooting/repair skills, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Proficiency in the following areas will set you apart:

• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Expertise in Refrigeration Systems.
