Labor & Employment Attorney
Are you an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney ready to take on impactful work with a reputable firm? A well-established firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience in labor and employment law to join their collaborative and driven team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handle a range of employment law matters including wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and compliance issues
Represent both employers and employees in litigation, administrative proceedings, and negotiations
Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and policies
Advise clients on California and federal employment regulations, including recent legal developments
Participate in litigation strategy, depositions, motions, and trial prep
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in labor and employment law (litigation and counseling)
Strong understanding of California employment laws and litigation procedures
JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar license
Class action or PAGA experience is a plus
