Job Description

Salary: $67,600 - 122,200 per year Requirements:

• Mission Focus: I collaborate closely with customers to create graphics for both digital and physical products/marketing materials (like lanyards, buttons, brochures, etc.) in order to effectively convey ideas and messages through strategic use of typography, imagery, and layout.
• Technical Proficiency: I possess experience with design software and an understanding of design principles, alongside practical skills in typography, color theory, and layout. I am proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and I am adaptable to new and emerging technologies.
• Qualifications: I hold a Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent background. I am proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Security Clearance: I possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, which is required to be considered for this role.
• Desirable Skills: I have knowledge of SiteWorks and 508 compliance.

Responsibilities:

• As a motivated Junior User Experience Designer, I support the Enterprise Discovery Operations mission’s Front Office. My role involves working closely with mission stakeholders to gather requirements and create visually appealing displays and graphic solutions for both digital and physical products. My focus is on rapid prototyping and developing innovative technology solutions to meet mission needs through collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This program is designed to provide me with opportunities to enhance my skills and make a significant impact.
