We are transforming how individuals pay rent online, log maintenance requests, and apply for apartments. Our software also aids in managing shopping centers, malls, and office spaces for commercial management firms. Our powerful features include document scanning, email and text communication, and postings to popular apartment listing sites like Zillow and Trulia. Tenant portals, payment processing, and eSignatures streamline tenant communication, reducing overhead during occupancy changes.
