About The Role We're looking for an early career designer to join our rapidly growing team as an Interaction Designer. At Alice, interaction design drives some of our most ambitious and exciting work—from creating the #1 wellness app on the App Store to designing the world's most advanced in-car digital experience.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to transform business strategy into polished, intuitive interfaces. Ideal candidates will combine creativity, technical skill, and a solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals.
In This Role, You Will - Contribute to designing digital products from concept development through final execution.
- Create user interfaces and seamless experiences with a strong emphasis on visual and interactive quality.
- Apply foundational knowledge of UI/UX principles consistently to your work.
- Support the creation and evolution of design systems using Figma, including Autolayout, Components/Variants, and Variables/Tokens.
- Build interactive prototypes, from wireframes to polished micro-interactions.
- Assist in strategic aspects of projects alongside senior designers and strategists.
- Help prepare and facilitate workshops both remotely and in-person.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to elevate creative concepts and visual languages.
Ideally, You'll Have - A degree in digital design or related field
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with prototyping interactions with motion (After Effects, etc.) or prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie, etc.) are a big plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Interest in joining a nimble and resourceful team—we punch above our weight by staying curious, always improving, and maximizing our impact
