Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure top performance and professional development
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control of service jobs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor department performance metrics and support revenue growth through upselling and service agreements
• Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and operational expenses efficiently

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• HVAC certification or trade school education preferred; EPA certification is a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and repair techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with service management software and scheduling tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
• Availability for extended hours or weekends as needed
