What’s the difference between a House Attendant and a Room Attendant?
Room Attendants are the ones who clean and prepare each guest room.
House Attendants (this role) support the Room Attendants by keeping supplies stocked and getting the rooms ready to be cleaned. You help make their work seamless.
Your Role:
As a House Attendant, you’ll be behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. A typical day includes:
Keeping housekeeping carts supplied throughout the day.
Emptying trash and washing dirty glasses/mugs as needed.
Helping clean guest rooms if extra support is needed.
Performing cleaning tasks in hallways and assigned floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, collecting garbage).
Answering guest calls for service before 8:30am and after 5pm.
Assisting guests and fellow team members whenever needed.
Qualifications:
A valid driver’s license.
Six months of job-related experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
