We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Fundraising & Outreach Assistant . Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events
  

• Conduct outreach to potential donors, community partners, and event participants
  

• Represent the organization at community events and interact with the public to promote fundraising initiatives
  

• Support the development of promotional materials and ensure they are distributed effectively
  

• Assist in coordinating event logistics , timelines, and schedules
  

• Help maintain relationships with local media contacts and community partners
  

• Track and evaluate performance of fundraising campaigns and events
  

• Provide administrative support to the fundraising team as needed
  

Requirements

• Strong desire to succeed in the fields of fundraising , outreach , or public relations
  

• Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
  

• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team-oriented environment
  

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  

• Detail-oriented , proactive, and capable of solving problems effectively
  

• Ability to work flexible hours , including occasional evenings or weekends for events
