Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Gig Harbor, WA | Compensation: $25 - $30/hr, DOE
Part-time or Full-time, on location.

Are you a numbers person and a people person? ABC Bookkeeping & Business Support is looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper who thrives on responsibility, shows up with a can-do attitude, and finds joy in bringing order to the financial chaos of small businesses.

What You'll Do:

• Provide end-to-end bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Handle A/P, A/R, payroll, excise tax returns, reconciliations, and financial reporting with accuracy and pride.
• Communicate regularly with team members and clients to keep things on track.
• Manage your workload independently — while still collaborating with our mission-driven team.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Hold an Associate’s degree in Accounting plus 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience.
• Know QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) like the back of your hand.
• You are methodical, efficient, and obsessed with the details that others overlook.
• Can prioritize like a pro — even when juggling multiple clients.
• Show up with positivity, ownership, and follow-through.

Extra Credit If You:

• You are a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Bring curiosity to every client situation.
• Enjoy solving problems with both spreadsheets and empathy.
